We started our mission by asking clinicians and researchers, who use fluorescence technology, a simple question: 

What are the deficiencies of existing fluorophores?

As you know, fluorescent material is the platform for most diagnostic systems, i.e. flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy. These materials are also widely used by researchers in drug development and many other next generation life science applications.

The answer: There is a clear need for improvements in this field.

Our team is comprised of a select group of the best and the brightest scientific minds.

Along with industry experts we took a hard look at the fluorescent reagents currently in use and worked towards developing the technology that would revolutionize diagnostics. We identified a long list of the properties and characteristics that clinicians and researchers demanded.

Our work has resulted in a next generation fluorescent nanoparticle engineered from the core to the surface chemical linkers. This a breakthrough technology.

Our novel synthesis method delivers a wide variety of colors with a narrow and symmetric signature. The size of the fluorophore is fixed in size.

We have protected the particles with special coatings that prevent ultraviolet light degradation and oxidation.

The final step in our process requires functionalizing our nanoparticles to work under a very wide range of conditions.
